Finish Line Staffing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for skilled trades nationwide, sourcing candidates and building pipelines while developing client relationships in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you will conduct interviews, evaluate skills, and coordinate hiring with clients and onboarding teams to meet placement goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (construction staffing or skilled trades preferred).
• Full desk staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily to candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Full Desk Recruiter to join our Phoenix, Arizona team.

What You'll Do

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle while developing client relationships and filling skilled trade positions nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job order intake through placement.
• Recruit high-volume skilled trades professionals including electricians, plumbers, millwrights, pipefitters, concrete workers, carpenters, welders, laborers, and other construction trades.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct phone interviews and skill evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future projects.
• Match qualified candidates with client job orders across the U.S.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate hiring with clients and candidates.
• Work closely with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure candidates complete hiring requirements.
• Meet recruiting, sales, and placement goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM.
