The Roles

Entry Level Recruiter — put people to work.

• Source, contact, and screen active and passive candidates
• Qualify candidates through calls and virtual meetings; prep them to win interviews
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Deliver offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Manage a full pipeline using our CRM/ATS and sales tools

Account Manager (promotion track from Recruiter)

• Generate new business through cold calling and in-person meetings
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Partner with Recruiters to fill client openings
• Own monthly and quarterly sales goals
