Job Overview:
As the Recruiter and Human Resources Business Partner at Pleio, you will be responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle for both employees and contractors (GoodStarters), while also supporting broader HR initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.The ideal candidate is both a skilled recruiter and a strategic HR partner, passionate about creating meaningful candidate experiences and driving business outcomes through people.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for employee and contractor (GoodStarter) roles:
·Sourcing and screening GoodStarters through to offer and onboarding handoff.
·Partner with hiring lead to refine role profiles, competencies, and performance traits that align with GoodStarter's success.
·Conduct structured phone and video interviews, assessing soft skills, situational judgment, and motivation fit.
·Utilize tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and online sourcing platforms to find and attract talent.
·Track pipeline metrics, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes to improve efficiency and hiring accuracy.
·Participate in calibration sessions and feedback loops to continuously refine the GoodStarter hiring rubric.
·Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
·Represent Pleio’s values and mission in all candidate interactions, providing an exceptional and human-centered hiring experience.
Human Resources Business Partner:
·Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR support and solutions.
·Proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
·Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
·Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
·Manage offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, healthcare recruiting a plus
- Proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Professional Employer Organization (PEO) tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare Human Resources and Recruiting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest Recruiting trends and technologies (HRIS and Applicant tracking systems.
