We are launching a new legal recruiting firm specializing in recruiting attorneys for high-growth law firms. We seek Legal Recruiters to help build the business from the ground up. This opportunity is ideal for someone entrepreneurial and driven, and seeks to make a lucrative income by helping to build a legal recruiting business from the ground up while leveraging an established company’s technology, capital, systems, team members, and expansive database of industry contacts. All the leads you need of employers and candidates will be provided in our proprietary database.

Job Responsibilities:

- Full-cycle legal recruiting, from acquiring employer clients to filling their job openings.

- Working closely with the founder to shape the firm’s recruiting practices and technology.

- Collaborating within a supportive and high-performing team.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a full cycle legal recruiter and consistent top producer (at least top 20%, ideally top 10%) at a legal recruiting firm.

- Strong breadth of knowledge of every component of the recruiting lifecycle for the legal industry. Eager and able to teach others what you know.

- Entrepreneurial mentality, resourcefulness, creativity, thinking outside the box.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through.

- Competitive drive, strong work ethic, tenacity, ambitious “whatever it takes” attitude.

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high stakes environment.

- Sense of humor. Taking your work seriously but not taking yourself too seriously.

- Interest and/or skills in any of: negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution aka dispute resolution, or psychology.

- Interest and aptitude with recruiting technology.
