Job summary

Akraya is seeking a recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment in Pittston, PA, onsite. You will source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate journey.

This 3-month contract emphasizes speed, confidentiality, and strong relationships with candidates and new hires. You will manage multiple pipelines, optimize strategies, and maintain detailed progress tracking while leveraging ATS and other recruitment tools to deliver
