Akraya is seeking an experienced technology professional to support and manage cloud environments and supply chain technology operations with emphasis on WMS, 3PL, and global partner coordination. The right candidate will have Retail experience, strong knowledge of supply chain tech, and deep expertise in integrations between host systems and 3PL platforms.

The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work across time zones including Japan, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with supply chain tech and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations, vendor coordination, and logistics tech environments.
• Experience with host system-to-3PL integrations and complex system integration environments.
• Cloud infrastructure experience, including environment management, availability, security, performance, and troubleshooting.

• Design, manage, and support cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Support development and technology teams with infrastructure needs, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
• Partner with supply chain teams and global 3PL providers to support WMS and logistics technology operations.
• Coordinate with 3PL vendors and technology partners to manage operational issues, dependencies, and technical requirements.
• Support and troubleshoot complex integrations between host systems and 3PL/WMS platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure and integration performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with global partners across Japan, Europe, Asia, and other regions, adapting to different time zones and business schedules.
• Communicate technical issues, requirements, risks, and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary

My client is seeking an experienced technology professional to support and manage cloud environments and supply chain technology operations, with a strong focus on warehouse management systems (WMS), third-party logistics (3PL) operations, and global partner coordination. The ideal candidate will have previous Retail experience, strong knowledge of supply chain and WMS environments, and a deep understanding of 3PL operations and vendor management. Experience supporting complex integrations between host systems and 3PL platforms is highly preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across global time zones, including Japan, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with supply chain technology and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations, vendor coordination, and logistics technology environments.
• Experience with host system-to-3PL integrations and complex system integration environments.
• Cloud infrastructure experience, including environment management, availability, security, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with global 3PL partners and cross-functional teams.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale retail supply chain environments.
• Experience working with multiple global 3PL providers and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience working across Japan, Europe, and Asia-Pacific time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Retail and familiarity with its technology and supply chain environment.
• Strong combination of cloud infrastructure and supply chain/WMS expertise.
• Proven experience managing technical relationships with external logistics and technology vendors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting global stakeholders.
• EST-based candidates preferred, with flexibility to support global time zones.
