Job summary

Jobtailor in Columbus, OH invites an experienced recruiter to own the full-cycle process from requisition through offer. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and department heads to understand needs, source top candidates through diverse channels, and build a strong Talent Community.

You will screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, provide feedback, maintain ATS and vendor systems, and help shape job descriptions and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with MSP-based clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Experience with biotech/pharma sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance.

• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
• Join intake calls with hiring managers and department leads to define job requirements and align candidate profiles and expectations.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-start.
• Assist in employer branding efforts promoting Atrium as an employer of choice.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technology.

Job description

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally servicing MSP-based clients.
• Skilled in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Preferred experience working within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Preferred experience working in a staffing, agency, direct sourcing, or RPO model.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to commute to our Columbus, Ohio office on a hybrid schedule.
• Minimal travel to client required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
