Job summary

Jobtailor in Arizona is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment, align with executives on processes and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across talent strategies.

You will manage ATS (iCIMS), partner with hiring managers, build university and industry partnerships, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and campus recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Build relationships with external vendors and recruiting partners.
• Support onboarding and collaborate with HR teams for smooth transitions.
