Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter for a contract/temporary opportunity to source, screen, and engage candidates for roles supporting essential security operations. You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and communicate with hiring partners to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication skills with professional engagement by phone, email, and other channels.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate qualifications against role requirements.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and priorities at once.

Job Summary

The Recruiter will help identify and engage qualified candidates for roles that support essential security operations. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for security, surveillance, operations, and related support positions.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements and availability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and hiring process communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity notes, and pipeline updates in applicant tracking or recruiting systems.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and urgency of open roles.
• Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional representation of the opportunity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $26 to $28 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, online job boards, and applicant tracking or recruiting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for security, surveillance, field operations, customer service, or hourly workforce roles.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting, contract staffing, or temporary hiring processes.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, resume databases, or LinkedIn sourcing tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal hiring partners.
