Central Transport is seeking a Recruiter at our Warren, MI headquarters to handle recruiting for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians and more. The role is ideal for an entry-level, aggressive and motivated candidate who thrives in a busy logistics setting.

In addition to a competitive base salary, recruiters can earn up to $300 per hire. The position emphasizes full life cycle recruiting, data maintenance in HRIS/ATS, and strong daily outbound/inbound calling activity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, management, operations or transportation.
• Strong tech aptitude and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
• Experience with recruiting in logistics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and related roles.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
• Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.

We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and more for Central Transport. We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. On top of a competitive base salary, Recruiters can earn up to $300/hire!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and other roles within your given region.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
• Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
• Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
• Daily administrative functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the business, human resources, management, operations or transportation field
• High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
• Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Workday, Indeed and/or Ten street is a plus!
