Job summary

Contract Transport Services seeks a Recruiter to support hiring for CDL drivers, warehouse associates, IT roles and administrative positions. You will build pipelines, advise hiring managers, and use creative sourcing to attract top talent in a tight market.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, passive candidate outreach, collaborating with managers and HR, maintaining candidate data and reports, and attending industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers
• Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring rends and recruiting best practices
• Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives
• Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours
