Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Driver Recruiter at our Warren, MI headquarters. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers and other roles, sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced position with full-time hours (8am-6pm or 9am-7pm, Monday–Friday). You’ll conduct phone interviews, screen applicants, and keep pipelines full to support hiring managers across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation).
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.

• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily.

We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Universal Logistics headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. Shifts: Full time (45 hours), Monday through Friday 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm
