50-60K base + competitive commission structure (expected OTE 80K+ within your first year)

This role offers a hands-on training program designed to teach you how to recruit, build relationships, and develop a book of business within Corporate and Investment Banking and Risk roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with clients to help them hire top talent

• Managing the interview process from start to finish
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Learning how to drive deals and generate revenue
