Responsibilities

• Own the full life-cycle recruiting process, from business development and client intake through candidate placement.
• Build and manage a high-quality book of business by delivering hiring solutions.
• Execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using referrals and direct outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand talent needs, advise on market conditions, and deliver timely results.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client pipelines within the firm’s ATS and CRM platforms.
• Consistently develop and expand long-term client relationships through consultative selling and repeat placements.

Green Key Resources is currently looking for a recruiter to join our thriving & experienced national recruiting division. The Role:

• Own the full life-cycle recruiting process, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and post-hire follow-through.
• Build and manage a high-quality book of business by delivering contract, consulting, and permanent hiring solutions.
• Execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using referrals, networking, direct outreach, and market mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand talent needs, advise on market conditions, and deliver timely results.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client pipelines within the firm’s ATS and CRM platforms.
• Consistently develop and expand long-term client relationships through consultative selling and repeat placements.
