Job summary

eBSI Export Academy is seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter in the United States to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working directly with client stakeholders to align with hiring goals and KPIs. You will attract, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate schedules, and provide market insights while maintaining ATS data integrity and a strong candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience in client-facing or embedded recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the client’s employer brand.
• Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication with client and leadership.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Recruiter.The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the client’s stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
• Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the client’s employer brand
• Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the client and internal leadership
