  • Location: Remote but candidates must live in the Pacific Time Zone
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base between $50-65k (based on experience) + benefits and uncapped commissions
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, engage, and place top technology professionals in roles that align with their expertise and career goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other data-driven tools.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance recruiting strategies.
