Full remote role, with semi-annual team visits/retreats.

What You Need for this Position

• At least 2+ years of Recruiting/Business Development experience within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• Proven sales and billing background.
• Basic understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
• A desire to build a career, not just find a job.
• An insatiable drive to succeed, be the best, and motivation to achieve it.
• An outside-the-box thinker.
• Sales and money motivation.
