LHH is seeking a Recruiter for a Healthcare organization in Springfield, MA. The role supports high-volume hiring across multiple business areas, focusing on resume review, phone screens, interviews, and day-to-day recruiting operations.

The successful candidate will manage candidate communication, coordinate activities, and maintain recruiting records. This is an open-ended temporary assignment with potential to become permanent.

Formación

• 1–2 minimum years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Prior phone screening and interviewing experience.
• Exposure to recruiting operations and candidate management.
• Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates.

• Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates

Pay: $25–$30/hour

Employment Type: Open-ended temporary assignment with potential to become permanent
