LHH is seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple responsibilities, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
2. Screen incoming resumes to identify top candidates and determine targeted recruitment needs.
3. Maintain an updated database of open positions, handling 30–45 requisitions simultaneously.
4. Build partnerships with educational institutions and training providers; actively participate in recruitment events.
5. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source top talent.
6. Conduct initial phone and occasional in-person interviews, including weekend availability as needed.
7. Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
8. Extend contingent job offers and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols.
9. Support additional organizational needs as required.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma required.
2. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Accounting, HR, or Engineering fields.
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
4. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–40%), with increased travel during site launches and job fairs.
