What You’ll Do:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for client positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume reviews, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Collaborate with the team to meet client hiring goals and company growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency experience a plus).
