ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions, seeks entry-level Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team in Seattle. This onsite role focuses on high-volume recruiting for technical and data center openings, with pay in the $37–38/hr range and a 12-month contract.

You'll build search strategies, screen candidates, and manage large call volumes while delivering data-driven insights to hiring managers. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high volume daily calls and maintain accuracy.
• Motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute search strategies to find passive and active talent.
• Provide sourcing insights and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.

Job description

Our client, is seeking multiple entry level Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting hard-to-fill technical and data center openings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter (Entry level)

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $37-38/hr

Contract: 12 Months to start

What's the Job?

• Build and execute robust search strategies using tools like Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to find passive and active talent.
• Provide sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit before moving them forward in the process.
• Manage high volume candidate calls (50–100 per day) while maintaining a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center roles.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing in an agency or corporate environment
• Understanding of recruitment practices and experience using Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high volume daily calls and maintain accuracy and follow-through.
