ManpowerGroup in Madison, WI is seeking a Recruiter III to own full life-cycle recruiting for entry level to mid-level roles. You will collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners to anticipate hiring needs, define roles, and build proactive sourcing plans that deliver strong candidate pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a pay range of $44–$55 per hour on W-2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience filling entry level to mid-level roles.
• Track record of delivering significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract and develop candidates through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, leader consultation, interviews, and offers for entry level to mid-level roles.
