ManpowerGroup in Seattle is seeking multiple entry level Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support hard-to-fill technical and data center openings, conducting high-volume outreach and initial screenings to keep pipelines healthy.

This 12-month contract role is onsite in Seattle, offering exposure to modern sourcing tools and data-driven recruitment practices. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting or sourcing.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high-volume daily calls with accuracy.
• Motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute robust search strategies to find passive and active talent.
• Provide sourcing insights and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Manage high-volume candidate calls (50-100 per day) while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
