Job summary

A staffing organization is seeking a Recruiter to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening applicants and managing client relationships. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with sourcing tools are preferred. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruiter in the Construction Staffing & Recruiting Industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present candidates to clients for various job positions in the Commercial Construction industries. This role requires close collaboration with clients, understanding their requirements and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

Base Salary + Commission

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Recruiter in the Construction Staffing & Recruiting Industry (Not required)
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and ATS (Not Required)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
