The job involves partnering with hiring managers to plan staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with openings, attrition, and expansion timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, 1+ years in recruiting/HR, and familiarity with AI tools, ATS, and CRM systems. SHRM/PHR preferred.

• Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Rome, Calhoun or Chatsworth, Georgia areas for onsite visits to the facilities)

Required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered.

Work Experience:

• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience is Required.
• Healthcare experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is Preferred
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's is Required

Responsibilities:

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioural interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioural assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
