Job summary

Matrix, Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support staffing for clinical facilities. This remote role allows onsite visits within 1 hour of Rome, GA, or nearby areas as needed. You will partner with managers, source candidates, and guide hires through offers and onboarding.

The position requires 1+ years in recruiting or HR, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with ATS/CRM, AI tools, and MS Office. Healthcare experience is preferred, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM, MS Office, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing plans.
• Develop strategies to acquire talent for openings and launches.
• Assess candidates using behavioural interview techniques and credentials.
• Ensure assessments reflect quality hires and competencies.
• Prepare offers, sign-on bonuses, relocation, and incentives.
• Maintain documentation of candidate progress in ATS.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioural interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioural assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
