Visium Resources, Inc. has been asked to identify qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This contract opportunity is Hybrid Onsite Mon, Wed & Thurs; and Tues & Fri Remote at Altamonte Springs, FL.

The role partners with hiring managers to develop staffing plans, builds recruiting strategies, sources candidates, and manages offers. Experience with ATS, MS Office, and social networking tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs and review attrition and planning.
• Develops recruitment strategy to keep vacancies at target levels for programs and openings.
• Learns and markets the business line to attract candidates.
• Uses intake with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and SLAs.
• Sources and recruits to build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and evaluates resumes and credentials to determine fit.
• Prepares salary offers and manages hire approvals and offers.

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid Onsite Mon, Wed & Thurs. and Tues. & Fri. Remote. in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements.
• Develops strategy to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Learns and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
• Uses an intake process with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and sets SLA's.
• Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Develops skills to pre-close candidates during candidate intake.
• Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
• Ensure Behavior Assessment are completed and reflective of the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
• Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers.
• Prepares and extends the job offer, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counteroffers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.

Job Requirements

Knowledge And Skills Required:

• Proficient with Applicant tracking systems
• Excels with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards

Education And Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to source all types of roles, high volume.

Education And Experience Preferred:

• Healthcare experience preferred
• RPO experience preferred

Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred:

• Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR
