Job summary

S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a high-volume recruiter for a hybrid role in Richmond, VA. The recruiter will handle multiple openings, manage a large candidate pipeline, and engage with senior leaders and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of developing new sourcing strategies. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to pivot with business priorities are essential, with banking experience not required.

Pay Rate Range: $30-40/hr. W2

Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote

Job Description:

• Google suite – very nice / helpful to have

Types of Roles You Will Recruit
