Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting tools.
• Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm candidate qualifications meet client requirements.
• Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client.
• Maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems.
• Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network.
• Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver feedback as needed.
• Aid Lead Recruiters and Account Managers with recruiting tasks as needed.

Integrity Staffing Services is an independently owned and operated staffing and recruiting company with multiple locations throughout Virginia to best serve a broad base of clientele. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and highly motivated team! If you are competitive, driven, and motivated to perform, I would like to discuss this opportunity with you. In this position, you will influence both our candidates and our clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone.

This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Newport News, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools
• Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm that candidate qualifications meet our client’s requirements and responsibilities
• Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client
• Consistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems
• Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network
• Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive and appropriate feedback as needed
• Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. as needed

What’s in it for you?

• $24 an hour based on a 40 hour work week
• Potential for overtime
• Will receive commission after 60 days in the role
• Target salary of $55,000 - $60,000 in first year based on performance
