• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding business needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms, fees, and placement agreements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Source, screen, and interview executive-level and professional candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events).
• Match qualified candidates to client requirements and manage the interview and hiring process.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles with detailed assessments and insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM/ATS systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals

As a Full Desk Executive Recruiter, you’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement. This role blends sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to build a thriving book of business while helping companies secure top-tier leadership and professional talent.

You’ll drive revenue by developing strong client partnerships, understanding hiring needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales
