The Adecco Group in New Jersey is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting for top-tier mid- to senior-level roles across diverse clients. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, craft targeted recruiting strategies, and drive candidate generation and selection.
This role requires a business degree and several years of direct-hire recruiting experience; you will negotiate fees, manage relationships, and coach others while advancing our client partnerships
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required. Combination of post‑high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of a degree
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $44,857 - $82,237 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
