Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment for our nationwide home care network. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with prospective caregivers, and ensure timely, compliant hiring across our independent, national agency.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience in home care preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Developing personal relationships with potential new caregivers through the hiring process.
• Completing background screenings, reference checks, and collecting documents.

Recruiter / Recruiting Manager Responsibilities

Recruiting Manager Requirements

• Experience – Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions preferred; two years of experience in the home care field is a MUST .
• Education – High school diploma
• Skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relationship building, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
