Talon Hiring Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking a motivated Recruiter to help identify top talent across industries. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage a fast-paced recruiting process while building strong client relationships.

You will maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and provide timely communication, with base salary plus commission opportunities in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

Formación

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing or high volume recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively screen candidates and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• A proactive approach to sourcing, networking, and candidate relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with concise, professional summaries highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple open positions while prioritizing recruiting activities to meet placement goals and client deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Develop an understanding of client needs, industry trends, and local talent markets.
