Qualificações

Pacer Staffing seeks a Recruiter for a 1-year temporary contract in Ogden, UT (onsite), managing full-cycle recruiting and candidate coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions
• Post roles across job boards, company websites, and social media
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, plus other sourcing tools
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer management
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in ATS/HRIS systems
• Track recruiting metrics, manage multiple openings, and recommend process improvements
• Ensure employment law compliance and maintain candidate confidentiality
• Support onboarding coordination and recruiting events as needed

Requirements

• Talent acquisition experience: 5 years required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferred; 3+ years desirable)
• Current college students are eligible for submission
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work independently in a fast-paced environment
