Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.
Post roles across job boards, company websites, and social media.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer management.
Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in ATS/HRIS.
Track recruiting metrics and manage multiple openings.
