Job summary

TPI Composites, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our growing teams in Iowa. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, publish ads, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and track key metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire. This role emphasizes collaboration, candidate experience, and representing the company values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, marketing, or PR with two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required or highly preferred.
• Experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with large job sites like LinkedIn and other aggregators.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional sites.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
