Remote Technical Recruiter with a Leading Global Financial Enterprise!This is a 6 Month W2 Contract (extension possible).

Our Client, a globally recognized Financial Enterprise, is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Recruiter to support their growing talent acquisition team! In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of various roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, talent coordinators, and HRBPs across multiple time zones. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Contract Duration: 3–6 Month W2 Contract (open to extension)

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive tech markets
• Experience filling roles in engineering, DevOps, data, or product management
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions across different time zones

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for 10–20 open technical roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and influence hiring decisions with data
• Schedule and coordinate interviews in partnership with recruiting coordinators
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage
• Track progress, update stakeholders, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Participate in weekly hiring syncs and recruitment reporting
