bubb in Nashville is seeking a Recruiter to support Skilled Trades & Construction staffing. You will recruit electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, welders, carpenters, and other pros while handling multiple live requisitions for a busy TN client base.

You'll source via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach; interview, qualify, and place candidates quickly, building pipelines for repeat hiring. Expect a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with commissions and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience.
• Skilled trades, construction or industrial recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll build on your staffing experience, recruiting for a busy portfolio of construction clients across the TN market. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment with plenty of active job orders and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Requirements:
