Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Nashville, TN, who thrives in finding the perfect match between clients and applicants. In this role, you will build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers, ensuring top-notch service and follow-up on placements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting skills, preferably with a background in transportation staffing. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $23-25 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses, in a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience is preferred.
• Proven transportation recruiting or staffing experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to maintain strong communication across teams.
