We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and the hiring processes. Also responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of current recruiting procedures and provides key KPI reporting metrics.
- AH Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment of HR policies, procedures, and processes with Director of Human Resources
- Determines HR best practices to support organizational direction, in conjunction with Director of Human Resources, as they relate to recruiting
- Manages recruiting and hiring processes to include, but not limited to:
- Conducting intake calls for all position openings both due to turnover and new business
- Receiving Job Requisitions and complete job posts
- Sourcing and Screening candidates
- Posting all open positions for via the applicant tracking system and Indeed
- Evaluating submitted resumes of candidates for open positions and ensures an application has been completed accurately
- Conducting screening interviews and presents candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinating and schedules all candidate and hiring manager interviews
- Following DE&I best practices as developed by the DE&I Council
- Processing background checks
- Creates and send all offer letter communications
- Provides reports and analytics on KPI metrics to include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining the AH Open Position Google document
- Updating weekly recruiting report for senior leadership
- Ad-hoc reporting for HR clients
- HR Client Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Conducting intake calls for all position openings

- Conducting screening interviews and presents candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinating and schedules all candidate and external hiring manager interviews

- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. High school diploma required
- 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge of general principles and practices of recruiting.
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Applicant Pro Recruitment
- Knowledge of UKG Ready Recruitment
Demonstrates a sense of urgency, professional and confidential conduct, organizational skills, and exceptional written and oral communication skills
