Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, etc.
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Job Brief

We are looking for a recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate regularly with client managers and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates through various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals.
