Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the US

Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
  1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Job Brief

We are looking for a recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate regularly with client managers and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates through various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate has an academic HR background combined with practical experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the recruiter's responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  2. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  3. Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
  4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms (job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.)
  5. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
