Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets in the United States. You will attract, screen, and partner with hiring managers to ensure the assessment process is fair and efficient.

Based in the Franklin area, NH, the role requires a minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting in an industrial/warehouse setting with a strong customer focus and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity.
• Experience partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, equitable practices.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
