Job summary

Kelly is seeking an onsite Recruiter in Savannah, GA to manage full life cycle recruiting for industrial/warehouse roles. You will attract, source and screen candidates using Bullhorn and partner with Hiring Managers to ensure fair assessment practices.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, excellent communication, time management, and adaptability. Base pay ranges from $51,300 to $65,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

Please note: This role is onsite and requires attendance at our Savannah, GA location, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $65,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
