Job summary

Kelly is seeking a capable recruiter to lead full life cycle recruitment for diverse roles, across multiple markets. You will attract and screen passive prospects, manage candidate records in Bullhorn and related VMS systems, and partner with hiring managers to ensure fair, equitable assessments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environments, strong communication, and a data-driven, results oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar).
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with possible Overtime.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System VMS (Fieldglass/Beeline)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Base pay range for this position is $51,000 – $68,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
