Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with applicant tracking systems such as Sage Recruit or similar platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in recruiting within a corporate or construction environment is preferred.
