RPL International is seeking a Professional Recruiter for its Direct Hire Accounting & Finance Division in South Florida. You will uncover, identify, and build relationships with top accounting and finance professionals considering a move to better organizations.

You will nurture existing relationships by offering solutions and solving diverse hiring needs, leveraging a proven track record in a high-energy sales environment and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; consultative approach to selling.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy.
• Utilize the CRM system to qualify new prospects.
• Profile and analyze accounts to overcome objections and generate quality opportunities.
• Present the value of our client services to prospective and existing clients.
• Recruit, interview, and coach potential candidates.

• Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and decision-maker with a consultative approach
