Job summary

Adecco is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to support Oakley’s hiring operations in Foothill Ranch, CA. This 100% onsite, high-volume recruiting role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for multiple openings.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with pay $26.00–$28.00/hour. Occasional Saturdays and local job fairs may be required. Onsite duties include candidate orientations and tours and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and candidate interaction skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple openings at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Confident providing direct feedback to candidates.
• Comfortable using computers, recruiting systems, and email.
• Staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.

Adecco is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to support Oakley’s hiring operations in Foothill Ranch, CA.

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting position for someone who enjoys working directly with candidates, managing multiple openings, and working in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $26.00–$28.00/hour

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610

Work Setting: 100% Onsite
