Job summary

A client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis in Des Moines, IA. This position is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay up to $28/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting from applications, sourcing for manufacturing roles, and supporting hiring needs. Corporate recruiting experience is preferred and strong organizational skills are essential to manage a high volume of openings. Other duties as assigned.
