Job summary

Phaxis is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support enterprise hiring by proactively sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across functions. The role emphasizes passive candidate engagement and full-cycle recruiting, with AI-enabled tools to boost sourcing efficiency.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, develop talent pools for anticipated demand, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. IT/Tech recruiting is a focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience.
• IT/Technology recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Recruit primarily for IT and Technology positions while remaining flexible to support hiring across other functional areas as business needs evolve.
• Develop talent pools for anticipated hiring demand, including roles not yet formally opened.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market availability.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
