Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Inglewood, CA seeks a Recruiter to support a client’s team on a temporary basis through year-end 2026. Expect 32-40 hours weekly, on-site Tue-Thu.

Join a small Talent Acquisition team, manage a full-cycle pipeline, and recruit across administrative roles from Project Manager to VP of Sales while partnering with hiring managers in a culture-driven process.

Qualifications

• Solid recruitment background with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Experience recruiting for corporate/administrative roles across levels.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse.
• Comfortable navigating a selective, culture-driven hiring process.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Join a small Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the TA Manager and partnering with a TA Specialist.
• Recruit across a broad range of administrative-focused roles, from temporary Project Manager up to VP of Sales (13-14 roles currently open).
• Cover corporate functions including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and the Office of the CEO.
• Own and manage a full-cycle pipeline of 3-5 requisitions at a time.
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand and the team's approach to hiring.
• Partner closely with hiring managers through a selective, culture-focused hiring process.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Inglewood, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $45-$60 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately through end of 2026

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours/week; on-site Tuesday-Thursday
